July 31, 2020. – According to the US Commerce Department the US economy shrank 32.9% in the second quarter. That sounds high. To be honest, these macro economy figures start to be so awkward that it goes beyond understanding. Shouldn’t they be a sum of individual business results? For individual businesses, a 32.9% decline is hard, very hard indeed. In the USA they say 2020 is a lost year. As single players we cannot fix the macro numbers, but we can do our work as well as possible. Let’s find clever ways to ensure that 2020 will not be lost for plywood.
