Mordashov sells Sveza’s shares to management

According to Interfax, Sveza’s ownership structure has changed. Mr. Alexei Mordashov’s Severgroup LLC has sold a 51% stake in Sveza to Four Invest LLC. Until now Sveza was 100% owned by Severgroup.
