Koskisen Group’s turnover amounted to 229 million euros last year, or 3% less than in 2018. The turnover includes sales of plywood, particle board, sawn timber and thin plywood.

According to Koskisen, the company produced 180 600 m3 of panel products in 2019. Koskisen does not release the figures for plywood and particle board separately. The sawn timber production was 350 000 m3.

Profitability remained poor during the past five years, the year 2017 being the only exception. In summer 2019, the prefab-house business was sold to Mimir Invest.

In October 2019, the group announced to lay off 50 employees, mainly from the plywood production. Currently it employees approximately 800 people in its wood processing business.
