According to a Newprospect.ru article, Balchug Capital finalized the acquisition of Syktyvkar Plywood Plant LLC (Syktyvkar) at the end of 2024. The deal transferred 83.3% ownership to Balchug Capital and 16.7% to businessman Mikhail Magiy, who also owns Murashinsky Plywood Plant LLC.
